For departure points please phone tramp leader prior to day of tramp.

Minimum Day Trip Gear: With consideration for personal and group safety paramount, we encourage all members to wear suitable boots on tramps. Your day pack must contain a warm jersey, hat and raincoat at all times. A torch and pair of gloves is also recommended. A regularly updated first aid kit is essential. Please have a spare change of clothes in a bag in transport vehicles. Your food supply should include extra energy food and a sensible lunch together with plenty of drink. A plastic bag for dirty footwear should be included.

Transport is shared and arranged on the day of the tramp at the pre-arranged meeting place, leaving exactly at the advertised time, so please arrive at least ten minutes earlier. To cover costs, payment is made to the driver of the vehicle at the rate published in the programme.

Easy Option means an easier tramping choice that may be available if a suitable leader can be found on that day.

S/C in the notes below means there are stream crossings in the tramp.

Tramps, other than those in this programme, can be organised between those interested.
